William Byrd's Gradulalia - Covid 19 Risk Assessment

Monday 25th October 2021 - 7pm

St Mary-at-Hill, Lovat Lane, London, EC3R 8EE

Led by David Gould

Attendees to this workshop will have been sent details of the risk mitigation measures we are asking our audience to take in light of the on-going Covid 19 pandemic together with details of other risk assessment measures for this event.

A summary of these measures is as follows:

  • Attendees to confirm Covid status – Attendees must be double vaccinated, recovered with antibodies or have returned a negative Covid test within the past 48 hours (LFT or above) to attend. This will enable us to enforce the less stringent risk mitigation measures set out below.

  • On the basis of the above, minimal distancing measures will be required and we will not require attendees to wear face coverings, although they remain encouraged when not sat down or singing.

  • A register of attendees to be kept on the door and attendees will sit strictly within parts.

  • The venue should be ventilated as much as possible (all doors and windows open to the extent possible)

  • Attendees are advised to keep movement within the venue to a minimum.

  • A distanced queuing system will be in place at key pinchpoints (e.g. toilets and entrance).

  • The workshop will run to 9.30pm but will include an extended break of 30 mins for full ventilation of the venue. During the break, attendees will be encouraged to go outside.

  • The church is cleaned on a daily basis.

  • Hand Sanitizer will be available at the church.

  • Attendees will be asked to check-in using an NHS Track and Trace QR Code

  • No refreshments will be provided during the interval, but attendees will be able to use open local establishments during the extended interval.

  • Attendees are advised to print their own music (it will be e-mailed in advance) and bring it to the event.

  • Advance booking is strongly encouraged, this will be a cashless event and we will not be accepting cash on the door.
